One hour classes
with Valerie & Diane
Come experience the joy of movement as you change your awareness, your comfort and your balance with these classes. We’ll explore key movements from human development in sequences from Moshe Feldenkrais’s lessons.
I’ll be teaching the Monday evening classes and Diane Sowerby and I* will both teach on Friday mornings. Whether you’re regaining balance after injury, keeping mobile, or want an hour of mindfulness, Diane and I invite you this term to come along. Cultivate your awareness, develop and refine your sense of motion (kinaesthetic sense), as you experience the joy of movement improvement in these lessons.
Most importantly – We’ll have FUN rediscovering the JOY OF MOVEMENT!

*About Diane Sowerby – I’m delighted to announce that I’ll be sharing teaching of Friday morning classes with my movement savvy Feldenkrais Method colleague and friend, Diane Sowerby. I enjoy and have high respect for Diane‘s teaching. Diane worked as a Physical Education teacher and personal trainer before beginning training as a Feldenkrais Method Practitioner in the 90’s.
